CHARGEBACKS. (Website orders) As of now, all currently pending chargebacks have been pushed through via Shopify. These have been fully accepted as valid and should all be resolved in the customer favour. POSTAGE. 📦 If you are waiting on cards returning, there is only one way to guarantee these are sent within 1-2 business days and that is payment for return postage. EXPEDITING YOUR POSTAGE. Although the post is going out in droves, there is still 100+ packages to be sent. Currently, due to the financial situation here - the only way to expedite postage is to pay the postage cost. This isn't something I've pushed but many people have asked and done this. Postage starts (typically fine for most) at $13 for express. Bigger amounts of cards are around $20-$25 express. 05/10/2022PHOTOS AND POSTAGE.The process of sorting returns and sending photos with timestamps is taken far longer than anticipated, and desired. This process is still going on although is 90% complete.Cards have been going out in droves and have already been received. Starting today and spanning the weekend, customers will receive a timestamped photo of their cards ahead of the shipping out that starts as of Monday 26/09/2022.
